These Terms apply to services provided by CCTV Installation Dubai, operated by WiFi Palace (“we”, “us”). By requesting a quotation or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Prices shown on our website are starting prices for standard package scope and exclude 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. Your final price is confirmed in a written quotation after a site survey. Extra cabling, concealed wiring, difficult access and additional work are quoted separately.

You are responsible for providing safe site access and for obtaining any approvals needed from building management, landlords or communities. Where SIRA or other authority requirements apply, the agreed scope will state what is included.
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the period stated in your quotation. [Add your installation workmanship warranty period here.] Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, water ingress, tampering or work carried out by others.

You are responsible for using your CCTV system lawfully, including respecting the privacy of others and following UAE laws and SIRA requirements on camera placement and footage.
A security system helps deter and record incidents but cannot guarantee prevention of theft, damage or loss. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
