Is the problem WiFi coverage or the internet connection?
If devices work well near the router but struggle in another room, we investigate the indoor network first. Adding an access point may help coverage, but it cannot remove a dish obstruction or resolve a service outage.
We compare performance at agreed locations, review available Starlink status information and check the local network. This helps establish whether the next step is repositioning equipment, correcting settings, adding cabling or investigating the dish connection.

Connecting Starlink to your existing network
Send the exact Starlink kit and router models before purchasing adapters or replacement equipment. Ethernet connections and accessory requirements vary by kit. Some installations use bypass mode so another router manages the network; this disables the Starlink router’s WiFi.

Starlink as backup internet for your business
A backup setup needs more than a second internet connection. A compatible router must detect a problem and route traffic through the available connection. We discuss which connection should be primary and which applications need testing before configuring the system.
Our agreed test can include disconnecting the primary connection, checking traffic on the backup and confirming recovery when the primary returns. Active calls, VPN sessions or other applications may reconnect during a changeover. Backup internet does not guarantee uninterrupted sessions or protect equipment from a power outage.
We quote the required router, configuration and any power-backup equipment separately. Both internet subscriptions remain separate from our installation work.
How we plan and test your setup
- Understand the site. Review the property, kit model, existing network and coverage problems.
- Agree the design. Identify router and access-point positions, cable routes, required accessories and the intended backup behaviour.
- Confirm the quote. List hardware, labour, configuration, VAT and any work outside the proposed scope.
- Install and configure. Connect the agreed equipment and set up authorised access with the property owner or administrator.
- Test and hand over. Check agreed coverage areas, connected devices and any backup switching, then explain the configuration.
Where an existing network is in use, we agree the interruption window before making changes. Keep your account credentials private; account-dependent setup can be completed with you present.
What does network integration cost?
Network integration is quoted for your site. The cost depends on the number of access points, cable routes, existing equipment, router compatibility and whether backup configuration is needed.
Our standard Starlink installation starts from AED 699 including VAT. Whole-property WiFi equipment, extra network cabling and business failover configuration are additional scope and are not automatically included in that starting fee.

Yes, with compatible equipment and an appropriate configuration. We can assess a dual-WAN setup and test switching between connections. Active sessions may reconnect during changeover.
Will extra access points make Starlink itself faster?
They can improve the local connection in areas with weak WiFi. They do not increase the capacity of your Starlink service or remove dish obstructions and service outages.
Is this included in the AED 699 installation price?
Basic setup is part of the agreed standard installation scope. Additional access points, mesh equipment, network cabling and backup-internet configuration are quoted separately.
