At WIFIPALACE , we stand behind the quality of our security systems. Our Repair Replace Return and Refund policy ensures your satisfaction with our products. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  1. Timeframe: You may request a return and refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  3. Documentation: A valid original tax receipt must accompany the return request.

Exclusions from Refund:

  1. Excluded Costs: Refunds will exclude expenses incurred for labor, installation material, transportation related to installation, and configuration costs.

Return and Refund Process:

  2. Product Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  3. Refund Processing Time: Upon approval, the refund process will take up to 5 working days.
  4. Payment Mode: Refunds will be issued using the same payment mode used for the original purchase.

Note: Refunds will be issued based on the product’s purchase price, excluding the aforementioned excluded costs.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Hard-disk – original sealed by manufacturer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks include bank processing.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
