Planning CCTV for a home, shop, office or warehouse? Start with the camera count and recording system, then confirm what installation at your property involves. Our standard two-camera packages start from AED 899, excluding 5% VAT.
This UAE pricing guide shows our standard package rates and explains which site and location costs need a separate quotation. Your final price depends on the equipment selected, cable routes, installation access and property location.
Standard package prices are a starting point, not a fixed all-inclusive price for every address in the UAE. Confirm availability and any travel or site charges before booking.
CCTV installation price UAE: standard packages
Compare camera count and resolution together. Analog packages use a DVR; IP packages use an NVR. The table below follows our master price list. All amounts are in AED and exclude 5% VAT.

Standard scope includes up to 20 metres of cabling per camera. Additional cable, specialist access, civil work, equipment upgrades and location-related charges are quoted separately where required. Brand, model and installation scope must be confirmed in the written quotation.

What does the standard package include?
Equipment and cabling
- The camera quantity and resolution selected.
- A DVR for an analog package or an NVR for an IP package.
- The hard-drive capacity shown in the table.
- Up to 20 metres of standard cabling per camera; CAT6 for IP camera connections.
Installation and handover
- Standard camera mounting and cable installation within the agreed scope.
- Recorder configuration and recording checks.
- Mobile viewing setup on your phone, subject to compatible equipment and a working internet connection.
- Testing and an explanation of basic live viewing and playback.
Ask for the camera and recorder model numbers before approving the order. Also confirm power supplies, PoE requirements, outdoor protection, warranty terms and any network equipment in the quotation.
Will the price change between emirates?
The package table is a useful equipment and standard-installation baseline. It does not mean every site has the same final cost. Share your exact emirate and area so we can confirm service availability, access arrangements and any travel, mobilisation or accommodation costs.
An apartment with accessible cable routes is different from a warehouse with high mounting points or a remote property requiring a separate visit. Even two properties in the same emirate can need different installation work.

Costs to confirm before accepting a CCTV quotation
Cable routes and access
Extra cable beyond the package allowance, concealed routes, additional containment, trenching, high-level access equipment and making good may affect the total. Photos of the proposed camera positions help identify these requirements early.
Storage and recording
Hard-drive capacity does not guarantee a fixed number of recording days. Retention depends on camera count, bitrate, resolution, frame rate, compression and recording schedule. State your retention target so storage can be sized for it.
Network and specialist equipment
Additional PoE switches, network links, a UPS, a display, specialist cameras or internet connection work may require separate items. Confirm what is included instead of assuming every accessory comes with the recorder.
Site permissions and project requirements
Provide any building-management conditions or applicable project requirements before the quote is finalised. Documentation, authority-related work and fees are included only when expressly listed in the agreed scope.
Choose coverage first, then camera count
A small premises may need only a few carefully positioned cameras, while a larger property may require separate views of entrances, circulation routes, storage areas and outdoor access points. A package should follow those needs rather than an assumed camera count for every villa or shop.
- Existing analog system: assess whether the current cable and power arrangements can be reused before choosing a replacement DVR and cameras.
- New IP system: plan network connections, power delivery, recorder capacity and future expansion together.
- Outdoor coverage: specify mounting positions, lighting conditions and exposure so suitable camera models can be quoted.
- Recorded detail: explain what you need to see in playback. Resolution alone does not determine whether a view will show the required detail.
How to compare two CCTV installation quotes
- Match the equipment: compare exact camera and recorder models, not just “four cameras”.
- Match storage: check the included hard drive and the recording assumptions behind any retention estimate.
- Match installation scope: compare cable allowances, containment, access work and finishing.
- Check the final total: identify VAT, location charges and optional upgrades separately.
- Confirm support: ask what the warranty covers and whether maintenance visits are included or separate.

CCTV pricing questions
What is the starting CCTV installation price?
Our standard two-camera 2MP analog package starts at AED 899 excluding 5% VAT. The four-camera equivalent is AED 1,199 excluding VAT. Site and location extras, where needed, are quoted separately.
Are these prices inclusive of VAT?
No. The package table excludes 5% VAT. Ask for a quotation showing the equipment and installation subtotal, agreed extras, VAT and final amount payable.
Can I get the same package outside Dubai?
Send your emirate, area and property details to confirm availability and the final scope. Travel, mobilisation, accommodation or additional site work may affect the price.
How much does an eight-camera IP system cost?
The standard eight-camera 2MP IP package is AED 3,999 excluding VAT. The eight-camera 4MP IP package is AED 4,799 excluding VAT. Both include a 1TB hard drive; confirm any storage upgrades and site extras in the quotation.
Does the included hard drive provide 30 days of recording?
Not automatically. Recording duration depends on the system settings and the number of cameras. Tell us your required retention period so the quoted storage matches your needs.
Can you quote installation for cameras I already own?
Share the equipment model numbers, quantities and site details. Compatibility, cable condition and the required installation work need to be checked before a labour-only quotation can be confirmed.
What should I send to get an accurate quotation?
Send your emirate and area, property type, required camera positions, indoor or outdoor coverage, existing equipment details and recording requirements. Photos or a simple floor plan can help clarify access and cable routes.
